Bilateral Audio Massage
Bilateral audio massage (also known as bilateral stimulation) is a sound-based technique requiring headphones that uses rhythmic, alternating tones that bounce back and forth between your left and right ears. This alternating sensory input stimulates both hemispheres of the brain, which can help process anxious thoughts, lower stress levels, and induce a state of deep relaxation, calming the nervous system and reducing stress.
