Soul Somatics is dedicated to offering massage therapy and holistic bodywork that caters to your individual needs. Our mission is to create a safe and nurturing space for clients to access trauma-informed pain relief and promote holistic wellness.

My name is Shelley Reed. I have been a massage therapist since May 2014. I began my career with a focus on sports and orthopedic massage. While I still do these modalities today, in 2018 I began to focus on other ways I could help others, as well as myself. I had just finished cancer treatment, and I was thrust into a life that looked very different than the life I lived prior to being diagnosed. 

This set me on a path of spiritual growth, and a search for my purpose. I have always been a healer at heart, and in 2024 I finally found what I had been looking for-a way to heal mind, body and spirit using Holosomatic Bodywork Therapy.
